DESCRIPTION:Online and free of charge Workshop – How to communicate at work? \nAlthough it has been researched that a positive work climate is beneficial for employers\, employees and productivity\, many workers do not enjoy said atmosphere at their workplaces. \nTherefore\, on October 28th the focus will be on communication strategies\, techniques\, and golden rules. \nOur workshop ‚Communication At Work‘ offers participants a safe space to share personal experiences regarding difficulties that arise when facing challenges at work\, and will discuss courses of action to take in such situations\, incluiding tools for a better communication. \nThe following questions will be addressed: \n\n\n\nHow can I communicate myself and express my needs in working environments?\nHow can I speak to my colleagues properly?\nHow can I convince my employer to finally listen to me?\nWhat should I keep in mind during discussions at the workplace?\n\n\n\nThis workshop is open for everyone interested in the subject matter and aims to encourage people to better express themselves in work settings\, thus creating healthier and more possitive work climates. \nThe endgoal of ‚Communication At Work‘ and the project DeWorks is to promote a democratic\, safe and inclusive working environment for everyone. \n  \nWhen: Thursday\, October 28th 2021 | 6 – 8 pm\nDuration: 2 hours\nFormat: Online Workshop via Zoom\, free of charge \n  \nRegister now!\nE-Mail anhalt@la-red.eu\nChris Lisa Anhalt
