The workshop Just Words? The Power of (Inclusive) Language is an invitation to reflect on the meaning of language on a personal as well as professional level.

This is an opportunity to explore the power of language, where we will address questions such as “can language be exclusive?” or “when is language hurtful and why actually?”.

The focus of the workshop will be on encouraging a discrimination-sensitive use of language by exploring what possibilities arise from a conscious use of language for a more tolerant and diverse society.

The endgoal of Just Words? The Power of (Inclusive) Language and the project DeWorks is to promote a democratic, safe and inclusive working environment for everyone.
