Unbiased shortlist. Talent acquisition without discrimination for SMEs in Berlin

The shortlisting stage is a crucial part of the recruitment process. Unfortunately, many companies are missing out on the advantages of diversity in recruiting. Too often the selection processes of companies are still characterised by discrimination and prejudice. Applications are still arbitrarily discarded based on a candidate’s name, ethnicity, appearance (application photo), gender, sexual orientation, disability, or a similar reason.
We want to work with the human resources departments of SMEs on how to create a shortlist that does not discriminate against professionals on the basis of origin, gender, sexual orientation or diverse abilities.
