„It was only a joke!“ Can you relate?

Our next event will focus on racist and discriminatory remarks in the workplace.

We have all known situations like this – along with the feeling of anger and helplessness we felt for not saying anything, for not fighting back.

However, it does not have to be this way! Although we have many things to consider at work: we don’t want to cause stress among coworkers, we don’t want to spread bad moods in the team, and we always have a lot to do; we should still adopt an anti-racist, non-discriminatory attitude.

We will discuss how to address this problem, which goals are realistic and what options we have for action in our next online event.
