Online and free of charge Workshop – How to communicate at work?

Although it has been researched that a positive work climate is beneficial for employers, employees and productivity, many workers do not enjoy said atmosphere at their workplaces.

Therefore, on October 28th the focus will be on communication strategies, techniques, and golden rules.

Our workshop ‚Communication At Work‘ offers participants a safe space to share personal experiences regarding difficulties that arise when facing challenges at work, and will discuss courses of action to take in such situations, incluiding tools for a better communication.

The following questions will be addressed:

• • How can I communicate myself and express my needs in working environments?
  • How can I speak to my colleagues properly?
  • How can I convince my employer to finally listen to me?
  • What should I keep in mind during discussions at the workplace?

This workshop is open for everyone interested in the subject matter and aims to encourage people to better express themselves in work settings, thus creating healthier and more possitive work climates.

The endgoal of ‚Communication At Work‘ and the project DeWorks is to promote a democratic, safe and inclusive working environment for everyone.
